At Valley Public Service Authority, our goal is to provide safe, clean, sparkling water to all of our residents! We are a Special Purpose District, governed by a nine member Board of Commissioners, appointed by the Governor of South Carolina.
The Valley Public Service Authority service area includes areas south of Highway US 1, north of Pine Log Road from Hitchcock Parkway to Atomic Road, Trolley Run Station, and parts of Graniteville and Vaucluse.
